Billing Options

Every person and situation is unique. In order to give you the most effective and individualized service possible, I give two (two) options for clients from which to choose for fees, Fees Per Session and Fees Per Unit.

Fee(s)

20 Minute Phone Consultation: Free

During our phone conversation, I will talk with you about what is going on and we will determine together whether my services are a good fit for you. If they are a good fit, then I will schedule you for my next available appointment. In the event my services are not a good fit, I will be happy to provide you with the names/referrals of other qualified clinicians that may meet your needs.

Initial Assessment(s): $200

Initial assessments allow me to gain a pretty thorough understanding of you and your unique needs. It also affords time for us to establish your goals for therapy.

Regular Session Fee(s): $130/45-50 Minutes

"Regular" sessions occur on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on your unique needs.

Unit Fees

I offer clients the flexibility to be billed by unit. Units are 15 minute blocks of time. Fees per unit are $35

For example, If a client would only like a 30 minute session (instead of a 50-60 minute session), they can elect to be billed by unit. The session would cost them $70

Unit billing allows clients to "break up" sessions throughout the week. For example, I have clients that like to meet twice weekly for 30 minutes during lunch breaks.

Crisis Assistance Session(s) Fees: $50/15 Minute Unit

Crisis Assistance Sessions are In-Office, phone,video, or text sessions that are scheduled with less than 12 hours notice to assist clients that are dealing with an immediate need in between scheduled sessions. These sessions are aimed to discuss an immediate issue that is occurring for the client for which the client needs assistance prior to an upcoming scheduled appointment.
