That Broken Feeling Isn't The True You....
That's Why This Feels So Tough...
You know that this isn't how things are supposed to be. Deep down, you know you aren't supposed to feel broken...
The feeling of being broken comes from feeling like your life isn’t yours any more or feeling like your life never has truly been yours. Under a veil of success lies a true struggle that you can’t seem to “snap out of,” even though you think you should be able to. You may be having thoughts like:
- “Am I crazy?”
- “I wish my brain would stop”
- “I should be happy.”
- “I am a terrible person”
- “I am a fraud”
- “These terrible thoughts won’t stop”
- “I am afraid of myself, or what I might do.”
- “I am just lazy”
Somehow, this “Issue” Has Developed a “Life of It’s Own” and Intrudes In Your Life, Like an Annoying Little Monster

Whether it happened over time without your realizing, or suddenly, these thoughts and feelings are like an annoying and miserable monster that lives in your head and takes up some very valuable space. Regardless of what you have tried to do to get rid of it, you can’t. It is almost taunting you.
You’re Noticing The Monster Is Getting Bigger, and Harder to Control
Up until this point, you have been getting by. Others may view you as successful and someone that “has everything together.” You may have convinced yourself of the same for years.
Somehow, Things Have Gotten Much Harder. Things that used to be on “autopilot” seem to take a lot of effort now. You are mentally exhausted from keeping up with your responsibilities at work and at home. On good days, you are able to keep your head above water; on the bad days, you feel like you can’t keep up, overwhelmed, and at a loss of what to do next. You and the people that depend on you are suffering.
Letting Yourself and Others Down..
The hardest part of this whole thing is that you feel like you are letting yourself and others down. You know the person that you want and need to be, but you can’t seem to make yourself get there. Day after day, you try to make things better, but they aren’t getting better. Others are starting to notice. Others are starting to be concerned. You may wonder, “Is this it?”
The Monster Doesn't Deserve To Take Up Any More of Your Precious Time, Energy and Effort. Don't Let It Waste Any More Time.
The longer you wait to get help, the more time you are going to waste.
You can choose to waste more time and energy living this way, the way you DON’T want, or you can invest resources and time into You. You Can Invest In Feeling Better.
How?
Through Therapy....
I have helped people just like you to feel better and live life meaningfully and make the best use of their most precious resource, time. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish with the right help.
Why Live This Way When You Don’t Have To?
I Believe In You… Even If You Don't Believe In Yourself Right Now....
I believe with the right help, you can happy You deserve to be happy. You deserve to enjoy your time. You deserve to have help. You Deserve to be seen as the truly amazing person you are, not something that is broken.
What does that mean?
It means facing these monsters and telling them that they are not welcome. It is time to confront them and let them know that you are not broken and that you are perfectly capable of living the life that you want to live. It’s time to regain control of your life and move forward.
