I am not your typical therapist. My approach is unique in that I push learning new skills to deal with symptoms to get you relief asap. I put together a customized coping kit which includes tools to help you grow and to use during our online sessions.
After you have the tools, then we start getting into the deeper stuff at the root of the problem so you can sustain your progress and understand exactly who you are.
By learning new skills and exploring what makes you "tick," together, we get you to the best version of yourself possible; allowing you to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
