Stop Suffering. Live Meaningfully

Therapy Helps You Get A Hold Of Happiness

Suffering Sucks.... And It Takes Over Everything

If People Knew The Thoughts That Went Through Your Head

**** would hit the fan.  Probably figuratively and literally.

Telling people about the thoughts, feelings, and desires is almost as scary to you as having them.

And I am not even talking about the dark ones (but this applies to those to).

I am talking about the thoughts of the person that you want to be and the resentment and frustration that you feel because you aren't that person.

Why Can't You Just Stop Them?  Why Can't You Just Stop Feeling This Way?  Why Can't You Just Be Happy?

How many times have you heard (or thought to yourself), "I should be so happy with everything that I have."  or "Other people would be so happy with my life, what is wrong with me?"

There's also guilt.  That is super crappy to deal with.

Your suffering continues.  You don't do anything about it, except become a master at suppressing it.

Here's a little secret: it probably isn't going to get better because the same old stuff you keep trying isn't going to magically start working just because you want it to.

You have come to accept that this is just the way things are, or have come to grips that this is just how your life is.

Or Have You?

Odds are, the fact that you are at this site, reading this sentence means that there is a part of you that wants better. You know that this isn't how life is supposed to be and something inside you is calling, NO SCREAMING to get answers and to make things better.

Here's another bombshell, if you are suffering from things like

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Lack of Motivation
  • Almost Losing It (Frustration)
  • Have to hype yourself up to get out of bed
  • Overthink everything
  • Make yourself exhausted from hiding things like panic attacks, anxiety, and depression

The first thing that you should know is, You Aren't Alone.

The second thing that you should know is You Have A Choice To Live More Meaningfully.

After you have the tools, then we start getting into the deeper stuff at the root of the problem so you can sustain your progress and understand exactly who you are.

By learning new skills and exploring what makes you "tick," together, we get you to the best version of yourself possible; allowing you to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Therapy Tool: Thought, Feeling, and Behavior Tracker

I’ve had a lot of people ask about things that I use in my practice. I am not sure why, but there is sometimes a hesitancy for clinicians to share things with each other because of competition.
